We were headed on a (necessary) road trip and found out the day of the trip that we desperately needed new rear brakes/rotors. All shops in our hometown were booked, including where we bought the car. Since we had just purchased the car, the dealership agreed to pay for our brakes if we had them done elsewhere- they understood the urgency. North Platte, NE was one of the only cities along our desolate route. I called EVERY SINGLE car repair shop, service shop, dealership in town to see if they could help us as we were passing through.
