Roxanne is friendly and extremely helpful and goes out of her way to make the repairs as cost friendly as possible. The mechanics are skilled in their work. We’ve always been completely satisfied with every repair they’ve done on our car. Highly recommended!

I have to say I've worked in the tire industry for ten years an after the way I was treated at the Big W down the road with my son who also is a Tire and break tech Roxanne and the group really helped me out with nail in my tire on a rental non the less. Professional, curtiouse,an what made my heart proud is Roxanne was educational ! Huge bonus in my book!!!!

They did great so far on my vehicle but my mom's 4 wheel drive they changed 2 tires only an it tore the front end out of our truck that really sucks so I gave em a 3 an I was wondering if they even check the fluids in vehicle or they mark it quick an say it's good other then that problem with 4x4 it's good place

In the past 6 months I've left two messages asking for a call back to make an appointment and I've never gotten a call back, not once. In one instance I got an employee and was told I'd get a call back, which never happened. Very disappointing. Not waiting for them anymore, just going to Marty's Shell.
