I've had my vehicle brought here for a variety of services including replacing tires, repairing tires, oil changes, and brake inspection. Every time I've been satisfied with the service and the follow up information. Trustworthy and reliable. My only complaint is that almost every time I've tried to book an appointment online, I get a call saying that time isn't available even though it allowed me to book online. Best to schedule appointments over the phone.

Stopped in and set an appointment for 4 days later to have all new tire pressure sensors put in my wheels. Half an hour drive there and hour and a half wait to find out when I went to pay for it that they only had one tire pressure sensor and they only put one in. Counter person didn't even tell me about it, I noted it when it showed up as only $42 and I asked them what the heck was going on and nobody really wanted to talk about it. Wasted two and a half hours of my time, will never go back. Very unprofessional.

Hendrick noticed the cost of parts were high ($10 per lug nut) and before I could even question it he called the parts store and grabbed his manager to see if he could drop the price down for me. In the end he saved me over $150 and he a great attitude the entire time. Give that man a raise.

Auto service was great. Great customer servicd. Oil change done in 20 minutes. Very Covid safe which I was grateful for. So no lobby to wait in. Fleet farm store across the parking lot was worrying. A lot of people not wearing masks no evidence of covid safety, hand sanitizer, etc. I left store to hang in parking lot. Fortunately it was a beautiful day.
