Fleet Farm Auto Service Center

I was due for a tire rotation and remembered. I had a fleet rewards card, which offers two free tire rotations a year to members. I have never used this service. When I called, they were very professional, I explained how the process worked. They got me in within a few days, and we're very customer orientated from the time I walked into the time I received receive my keys. I highly recommend flee farm auto service center. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one.

Had an oil change scheduled days ahead online, came in at the scheduled time with a picture and was told “I had to confirm it through an email”. When there literally was no email at all. Nor anything sent to my phone. If it the online scheduler doesn’t work then what’s the point in having it? This is the second time I’ve dealt with someone at the front desk who has no idea what they’re doing and horrible listening skills. Especially when I’m trying to get a work can serviced I can’t keep having my time messed with like that.
