Donovan went above and beyond — he filled the tank, did an oil change, and even noticed the front brakes needed replacing, which he took care of as a courtesy before I arrived. We drove down from NY to buy a truck. It was better than described. Donovan and Scott were great! They made sure the truck was ready for the 750 mile trip back. No issues whatsoever. Clean as a whistle and drove like new. Excellent service and honest. I've been in customer service 17 years and you can't please everybody; so pay no mind to the negative reviews. I would not hesitate to buy from them again!

Donovan is the man. I’m a young doctor going through a very hard time. He went above and beyond… not once, not twice, not thrice. He got me a daily driver at the cheapest price possible, checked everything I asked for multiple times, drove me home to my hotel to save me an uber ride. Communicative and helpful. And helped take care of license and registration a few days after the fact. I know I’m missing a few things but this is hands down the best car dealer/salesman I’ve ever met and I’ve owned quite a few cars across the country. I never even asked for any of the above. FLR was a great place to buy a truck. I needed to buy one immediately because of issues with my previous truck. Scott was so knowledgeable & professional. He actually made buying my 2018 Ford F-150 an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a commercial vehicle. This truck is immaculate and had a full Carfax documentation.

I bought a 68 Corvette at an auction from FLR and Scott Garner was my salesman. From the first contact after my winning bid until the whole process - and this took almost 3 weeks because the auctioneer's shipping was just...... disappointing - Scott answered all my questions, phoned me, sent me pictures - he always had time for me and kept me updated on every step of the process. Since I was in Europe for business during that time he contacted the shipping company every day to find out what's going on and he kept my car secure in in the building the whole time. Scott is awesome to deal with and whenever I have the chance I will buy again from FLR. By the way my friend Glenn, who took delivery of my car when it finally was shipped, drove and inspected the car, texted me: "You will love her"
