Great place for semi truck parts. The parts guys/gal are very knowledgeable and very quick service. Pricing is super competitive.

Not the type to give a 1 star. But I felt very wronged. Fleet pride in grapevine charged me for the correct part number but accidentally pulled out the wrong part itself. This location was the closest to me so I went in, the guy determined I was given the wrong part number. He pulled out the correct one for me and put it at the counter. He then advises me to go to grapevine fleet pride to make the exchange he will not give me the correct part. After driving additional 25 mins for the third time the fleet pride in grapevine said if they had the correct part in stock they could’ve done the exchange for you. I agree . That’s how corporate locations work especially when you realized the mistake was on the company side not customer. Having me drive around felt extremely wronged especially when

Henry at the Dallas location was able to look back in the sales and refunded the starter that was bought 6 months prior. Refunded the money and provide me with the correct starter. He is awesome with customer needs. Wish there was more people in the work force like Henry
