Larry and their team always take care of their customers. This store is almost always busy when I come in. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They keep a great selection of parts. I highly recommend. They also keep a decent supply of the little items if you need wipers or chemicals.

They have the largest stock of truck parts in the fort Smith area! Part's guys are knowledgeable and helpful always! Also have one of the largest filters inventory in the area

Yesterday I paid 1,400.00 dollars for them to add some rollers to my back door thinking that they have parts available it will be faster and easier for me other place gave me an estimate of $400.00 dollars but will give me my truck a little later because they did not have the parts there so I diside you take it to fleet pride for faster service but never happen they took more time and manager here treat me like if I was a millionaire and didn’t Now the cost of the work first he got me a recipe of 1,800.00 then when I complain about the price and hrs he lowered it to 1,400.00 I will do a formal complaint on this and pls be careful on this place not a very good experience my truck was there for 5 days and always when I called he was working on it not knowing that I was there to see what he
