I purchased a truck part, but was unaware that the warranty policy requires you bring your own tools to test a newly purchased part in the store in order to be reimbursed if the part is faulty. Otherwise, it has to be sent off for warranty testing, takes 6-12 weeks, and you're not guaranteed to be reimbursed your money. The average person isn't bringing in equipment to test an alternator or starter. Definitely would be consumer friendly if there was a notice posted somewhere in their lobby. I purchased a second part; the second was good, and 6-12 weeks later the first was returned with declined reimbursement because I didn't test it in the lobby before purchase.

This might be the worst shop in Sarasota county. I took a driveshaft there 3 months ago for a ujoint issue and over the course of 3 months nothing was done. I was busy with work and couldn't pursue it myself so I would call to check up about once every 3 weeks and either got from the manager or driveshaft guy "idk whats going on we will call you back" and never got a call back. drive shaft guy would sit on his phone or with his e cig the 2 times i went in there to ask in person he wasn't doing anything and the manager was of no help either when i called and was asking him about it. Every time someone over there answers the phone there is either women giggling or a disgruntled man answering like he hates his job. Terrible experience. Tried to order a fuse for a Buick that showed as "in stock". Placed the order, paid $15 for shipping on a $6 part, received an order confirmation and waited for 2 weeks. When I reached out to see about any tracking information, I had to deal with 2 different people for them to tell me it was flagged as fraudulent and the order was cancelled. I asked if I could place another order and someone could approve it and ship it, but the answer was "maybe if you deal with the local location 91 miles away." Now the part is listed as back ordered, with no ETA for fulfillment. So most likely, the first one was never available to begin with, and "fraud" is just an excuse for poor inventory management.

Worked with Danny on getting a custom driveshaft made from 350z transmission to a 240sx differential. Turn around time was fast and it fit perfect! Thank you sir!
