Flexdrive Cincinnati

I 1st want to say I’m thankful for the flex drive program for Lyft in Cincinnati OH on 9th street the two individuals were absolutely incredible 💯💯💯💯 The process was smooth & I’m frm Dayton OH I was having car issues & was down w out a vehicle for several months.The flex drive for Lyft program save my life my rental that I was driving was a 2024 Chevy Malibu it ran smoothly & I was definitely back on the road. I thought I was a big time celebrity love the experience love the vibes & great energy!!! ❤️❤️❤️ So I basically sign up for the flex drive 10-7-2024 thru 12-27-2024 that’s how long I had the rental for it has served me very well I would definitely use this program again despite of the low rating reviews. They deserved much higher than a 2.3 rating at least 7.5 five plus star rating

while Lyft gets on my nerves often, this flex drive location has 2 very helpful and friendly people working. I've been renting a car from them for over 5 months now. The first couple months I was constantly upset over how much they were charging me.. but after 3 oil changes, 2 patched tires, 1 tire replaced, hitting a deer on I-74, and putting over 20k miles on it, and all within 5 months. I'm glad it's not my car. 😬🫢 Though I do treat it like mine. They've paid for each expense. Plus I can keep it as long and I want and am in good standings. Or I could trade it out, they say... 🤷🏼‍♀️but I just wanted to tell the two peeps working here, thank you for keeping me on the road & for all the "little" things you gals have done for me. I have not been able to drive for Lyft because my car is down. It might as well I’ll say it’s in car heaven right now. The problem is I live in Richmond and I drive in Dayton, Ohio for Lyft. I have absolutely no way of getting to Cincinnati to get a car I cannot Call and explain the situation because there’s no phone number listed. I need to start driving ASAP. They have no way to get there.

I rented car thru flex car on 9th street downtown Cincinnati Ohio 45202 after 3 weeks the car needed repairs the transmission went out, I had car towed thru there roadside serve the car needs a lot of work, so I ask for a replacement car , until then the black man skinny guy, manager of that location told no I can not have a replacement, and since I damage transmission I am kicked out off program, and owe for the week my car was down and the week of car being in shop , the total is over $585.00 and the company is ok these his practices, cant talk to no one at company no number I am getting legal help as week speak don't value customers if I can give a negative 100 i would the manager need help I had to call police since its they car he had them remove from lot and my

Left my wallet by accident. Second time in my life. The driver didn't speak a word of English. Tried to resolve the issue with lyft, and got the "screw you" i will delete the app. UBER IS WAS BETTER!!!
