I have to say, for a first time experience renting vehicles EVER, I was impressed. Lorrie, the representative their took care of all my concerns and even walked me through the entire process.. She's awesome!! The vehicles are clean and feel comfortable when you get inside. "Q" Would I recommend this to someone? "A" YES!!! Download the Lyft drivers app and sign up, meet all the requirements they ask of you, and enjoy something good...

No phone number to a business operating with a office seems scammy at best, customers (drivers) are making payments for these rental cars and are also working for the company.To not have even a phone number listed or no one to contact if there's any problems with contract/payments etc. is a scam somehow. Be mindful of that before leaving any deposit,more than likely you may never get anything back

Laurie, Ron, Zachariah and Nicole are very helpful. I've had to visit this location multiple times from out of state, and both times, they were helpful, honest, and really kind to me. It is challenging to contact this location via phone or lyft support, so my advice is to go in person and remain calm so you get your questions answered. When I did that, I received a very positive outcome.

The absolute worse they charge you for miles even if your online and they take you offline if you skip 2 rides like say if the ride is $3 for 30 minutes no one would even think to do that but if you don’t do it you’ll be charged $25 for miles then they hide up charged me for the rental when I’m already paying $300 each week it’s a money scam you don’t make much money because they always steal it

I made a reservation for the following day. After choosing all the details, date and time of the reservation, they ask you to make a deposit. However, after they take the money from your account, guess what? You don't get confirmation of the chosen date and they only make another date available, for at least a week later. And you are left without your money for 5 to 7 business days and without the car. Last year, I rented with them and had no problems. This year, the service is terrible. There is a lady who handles customer service who is very rude, impolite and even tries to be ironic when we ask questions.
