We originally booked a car through Expedia with Economy and had no idea they closed at 7pm. Our flight landed right at 7pm, and it took us another 30–45 minutes just to figure out where the shuttle pickup was located. By the time we finally made it to the off-site rental area, it was almost 8pm and we were completely stuck. It was turning into a total disaster. Luckily, we hadn’t prepaid the rental fees. Thankfully, a Flexways shuttle pulled up. They honored the same price we were quoted on Expedia and completely turned our experience around. The car options were surprisingly good too — we ended up with a nice Toyota SUV instead of a small Kia like we’ve received from other companies. The workers were very nice but there were several weird fees that didn't make sense plus a very large safety deposit that they were asking for. There are way better car rental companies to choose from. Plus you have to go into a little booth to talk to someone on a phone about your rental agreements.

I had a great experience with 24Seven Rent A Car! The entire process was smooth and hassle-free from booking to vehicle return. The staff was very accommodating, professional, and responsive to all my questions. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. I also appreciate how transparent they were with the charges no hidden fees, which made everything stress-free. Highly recommended if you’re looking for reliable and excellent customer service. This rental company is extremely deceptive. What looks like a cheap rental ends up costing you far more in hidden fees. They will charge you for any type of wear, and especially if you take the car out of California, which is not clearly disclosed upfront. By the end of the rental, you can easily be hit with $1,500 or more in extra charges. Customer service is outsourced overseas to cut costs, and communication is very poor. Because of the language barrier and lack of clear explanations, you are never properly informed about additional fees or policies until it is too late. Everything is reactive, never transparent. The condition of the car was terrible. The vehicle was already in very bad shape with multiple scratches, dents, scuffs, damaged rims, and general wear all over the car. Yet

This was by far the worst car rental experience we have ever had. We booked through Expedia while traveling with our four children. After landing at LAX, we waited over 2 hours at the shuttle pickup location. No one answered the phone, and there was no way to communicate with anyone from the company. Standing outside with four kids and luggage for that long is completely unacceptable. Customer service was extremely difficult to reach. When we finally contacted support, we were told this was a “third-party” rental and that they were waiting on the rental company. On top of that, they are holding our $500 security deposit.
