Got an oil change done here and the guy didn’t put the bottom engine cover back on right and fell off while I was on the highway. 400 dollars to replace it.

I had an experience like never before at this auto shop. I am mom of four, and my caliper got stuck out. The shop is able to squeeze me in and even gave my kids entertainment and snacks. I cannot say enough this place is the best in the entire world! The owner is quite possibly the nicest man I have ever met. If you ever need anything done to your car this is the place you want to go.

I am an Englishman in a Toyota Land Cruiser and was driving through Southbridge Mass in July 2024 when I developed a problem with my air conditioner. I dropped into this garage where they were so super helpful and friendly. Real old style quality operation. They diagnosed the issue but couldn’t fix it without a spare part. They wouldn’t take payment for the analysis. Could not recommend them highly enough. Mil gracias.

I’ve been going here since ‘05. I bought a new Toyota that came with 2 years or 20,000 miles free service. I just had my last service done and I’ll be going back to Floods! Great family and great team! See you guys in in a few thousand miles!👏👏

Love this place. I get my stickers there each year and oil changes. Great crew at floods. I’m giving a 5 star because they have the free coffee on while you wait. Could really use a treat with the coffee. Highly recommend.
