Review of Purchase – John Eagle Honda I recently purchased a 2020 Telluride at the John Eagle Honda dealership, and unfortunately, my experience was negative. We agreed on a price that excluded additional charges like the LoJack and a reconditioning fee, which together amounted to nearly $4,000. However, at the time of finalizing the deal, I discovered that these charges were re-added to the final price, significantly increasing the total cost. The representatives, Felipe Rodríguez and Luis Flores were not transparent throughout the process, which left me with a very poor impression. For these reasons, I do not recommend this dealership and advise exercising caution when dealing with them.

Luis was amazing! I was first time buyer… & I was indecisive between the Honda HRV or the CRV. He was extremely helpful along the way in me figuring that out. My family has now bought cars from him as well!! Thank you Luis! 🙂
