The front desk staff were ok. But we almost got bit by the dog they have in yard when we were trying to get our belongings from our vehicle that was in accident. They need to restrain the dogs when the have customers. They told us he is friendly but he came at us like he was going to bite i had to jump in trunk of one of the wrecked cars.
Flores is the best, the receptionist is amazing 👏 give her a raise 🙌 and Stephen the dog is super cute and friendly! Thank you for helping us out with our title transfer and registration needs!
My experience. With Flores DMV /towing etc,etc, is not quite over at this point & time so it leaves me not being able to be 100% honest for I've still to finish my. Bussiness on2/9/2021
The Lady's in the office are GREAT to work with and extremely polite.....I HIGHLY recommend them for all your MVD needs and services
Very nice lady answered the phone and she assisted me even referred me to another company because they only tow big equipment.
