Flow Acura of Wilmington - Service

This place lacks integrity all the way around. I took my RDX here for a misfire and paid $220 for diagnostics that were incorrect. Took it back the second time and when I went to pick it up they reported the mileage incorrectly by the more than 300 miles that they drove it. The car was on empty and the window was down. They also suggested a transmission flush in October and January when I had already had this done at their service center in July. To make it even worst the place I took it to after said it was very easy to pinpoint the cause of the issue, and he will have it fixed and ready to go today. I suggest you take your Acura to a Honda Certified Master Tech in Wilmington if you want it fixed correctly.

I test drove a 2016 dodge ram bighorn after returning I noticed the engine looked like it had a coolant leak. I pointed it out to the staff and was told that they would have their mechanic look at it. After the mechanic looked at it they cleaned the engine off and said that it was just some residual buildup from previous work that they did. I then was told that if it was a leak they would fix it. Well what do you know not long after I perched the vehicle it broke down on me in the middle of nowhere at night with my family in the car. After waiting for a tow truck one hour later I had it towed to the nearest mechanic. The mechanic told me that it was a coolant leak (the same one I pointed out) and it would cost me seven hundred and some dollars 😳. I asked some of the staff if they could hel

Brought my MDX in for a factory recall. Was given a loaner. The people who waited on me were kind and polite. They inspected the car and recommended brake fluid and transmission fluid service. Fine. They also recommended a timing belt replacement on a car with 47000 miles. Said the tensioner was leaking. I declined. Took the car to my local mechanic. The local mechanic does warranty repairs for Carmax, they are legit. They found nothing wrong with the tensioner and said I had another 50000 miles before I needed to have the timing belt replaced. Flow wanted to perform an unnecessary expense service. Unless there is another recall, I won’t be going back.

Flow Acura gives 5 star Compared to my genesis I had, which was a complete nightmare. It was like you were a herd of cows that’s how you were treated. . Flow has been nothing but top-notch they accidentally scratched my front spoiler And replaced it. I went in there for a scratch, and they worked on all my other scratches not just one.! I love how they do the videos of your car when it’s in Service. Genesis never did any of that!
