Service requires an appointment. You schedule an appointment and arrive then you’re told it will actually be hours before a technician touches your vehicle. Maybe be upfront when customers schedule “appointments”.

I went in to have My ac checked and when I got my quote it was around $5000 in work they said I needed. I was told that my ac condenser needed to be replaced I was so outdone. I ended up going elsewhere and found out it was a hole in my hoses which fixed the problem and now riding in the cool. I've had bad experiences with mechanics in the past and it's hard to trust them so when I find one that is trustworthy I stick to them like glue and i recomend all my family and friends but this time I don't think I'll be recommending anyone or going back myself. Honesty is the best policy.

Waited 4 hours for brake pads to be changed for my 8:30am appointment. Also, the lounge has terrible internet so if you’re going to wait, go to a coffee shop or something.

Great service! I love the way they take pictures and videos of the vehicle to let you know what's ok and what's not ok! Great experience, and I will definitely be back!
