Flow Hyundai of Statesville - Service

This shop is really good at screwing things up. Took my car in to get the timing belt and water pump replaced in November. Two days after I got it back home, there was a stream of green liquid on the ground. I filled it with coolant and drove it to the shop where they said they messed up the installation of the gasket. In return, they charged me for a new gasket, but covered the cost of labor. How generous. Less than two months later, the timing belt falls off while I'm driving. I get the car towed to them again where they blame me for having pulleys and such on the engine that went bad, causing the belt to fall off. If that's actually the case, they should have seen that when they did the belt. Keep in mind this car has an interference engine where if the timing belt pops off while dri

So difficult to know who to trust these days when it comes to service. Am I being mislead, or told something just so someone can make a sale. I have never felt this way when dealing with Flow Hyundai of Statesville. Matt Anderson is the service manager there and has never been anything but up front, reliable, and trustworthy. He always looks out for me and my families’ best interests at heart. Loyal customers for life!

We had our car towed to this location after a bad experience elsewhere. Matt and Ryan were very efficient on getting the car diagnosed and repaired. We appreciated the timely communication as well as pictures and videos to show exactly what they were doing. We live about 40 miles away, but would definitely say the travel time was worth it.

Very aggravated!!! I just scheduled oil change & tire rotation (drop off) online and there were multiple appointments available for the day I needed. I now have rec'd call back from service saying they have nothing available for express lane (whatever that means) and so now I can't have services done until the week after. What's the point of scheduling appointments online if supposedly your not able to select correct "express lane"
