Flow Mazda of Greensboro - Service

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Flow Mazda in Greensboro, NC. I experienced poor customer service from the first interaction. I requested a full detail service and the gentleman at the counter was very reluctant to schedule it, insisting I should just get a car wash and vacuum. I also asked that they inspect the vehicle because I could feel some sort of friction when I was driving and I was about to go on a long trip for work. It was no problem that they couldn't finish the work that day (9/19) and I planned to pick it up on the next day. The mechanic called and said I needed some additional work, including a serpentine belt, but would not give me a full estimated price, instead just telling me the cost of some of the individual parts. Well, I thought I had made a good decision, but after having three of my rims bent and lug nut broken and the cover placed on. I am not even sure they changed my oil because there was no sticker put in it. I am highly disappointed.

I was left on hold for 20 minutes before i hung up. This time was spent asking their tech a question. Perhaps It's not always like this, but I won't be trying them again.
