Since first oil change, I told them something was wrong with the right front brake. They SAID they checked it twice during my next few oil changes and nothing was wrong… then had to get axle replaced under warranty. Had to prove to the service manager that it was actually broke because he didn’t believe me…. After that, there was very noticeable vibration. Of course the service manager said it wasn’t the axel. They looked it over and of course found nothing wrong on their end. I didn’t leave this time until we exhausted everything. Turns out they did tire rotation and DIDNT BALANCE MY TIRES! He didn’t even offer me to bring the car back the next day to have it done. I took my car to another dealer an hour away and writhin the first 3 mins of driving, their service manager heard somethin
