Flow Nissan of Statesville - Service

I went in to have a warranty claim submitted and figured I’d have my brake fluid done while I was there. First, as I waited for my truck, the service person Emily said good news your warranty claim will be covered. I waited on my truck and when I was getting ready to go they told me they’d let me know. I assumed it was about the warranty part. They said no they had to see if it was approved. I said I was told it was approved. They said they had to wait for approval only for them to tell me it’s not covered. The fact they told me it was covered initially should mean they cover it. Also, when I got home, I found they spilled brake fluid through the engine compartment. I’m not even sure what I paid for. The break lines weren’t even touched from what I could see. They would have

They called and told me I had a recall and scheduled an appointment to get fixed. Got there and they couldn't do it because they are not a certified diesel dealer. So I ended up driving to another dealership an extra 30 minutes away to get it fixed.

I go here often for work for parts the lady Jessica is very nice very informative and make sure that I get what I need quickly
