Flow Toyota of Statesville - Service

I was having electrical issues with an 07 Camry. I had already tried a few solutions like replacing the alternator and replacing a few parts that were related. However nothing I did fixed my issues. I decided to bring it to the dealership mechanic since the symptoms were growing and I imagined they'd have an idea on what the core problem could be. I handed over the keys, and before I could enter the building (5-10 foot walk) someone had already mentioned leasing a brand new camry....... I waited in the lobby for 4-5 hours. If I knew it was going to take so long I would have taken a rental/service vehicle, but I was never given updates on how the process was going. Took my 2016 RAV4 in for transmission service. Transmission started intermittently not going into gear when stopping and slipping and slamming into gear when accelerating. Took it back and found that the transmiaaion had been overfilled. I was told they ran complete diagnostics checked torque converter and screen. Found no problems. I picked up car and it was same as it had been after driving a short distance. Mind you they have found no problems, no mention of shavings of any kind in pan. Back again and after a couple days there were shavings in the pan and there were supposedly shavings in twhen i took it in initially. Remember, two prior trips no mention of shavings in pan. Now suddenly there werr shavings but the technician FORGOT to video or even document same. Story changed as time

Great service from Lindsey, A1! But the waiting room smelled of gasoline and I got such a headache from that. There needs to be stronger exhaust fans in the service bay, indeed!

Took my car in for a recall and after picking it up it had issues. They were very quick to fix the problems, sent us home in a rental car, and even delivered my car after it was done.
