Flow Volkswagen of Greensboro - Service

Today was the second time I arrived at this location for warrantee coverage and was turned away. The first time: "Somebody was supposed to call you." Today was "The person who scheduled the appointment lied to you both about the needed part availability and about the amount of time the repair would take." I think they deserve 1 star, but the friendly people on location understood my frustration and did what they could to resolve the issue. Next time this happens, and I expect it to, I will be looking to trade my 2024 id.4 in for a Equinox.

Flow Volkswagen’s Service Department is top-notch! The waiting room is comfortable and relaxing, with free coffee, water, and a TV to pass the time. I appreciate the text and video updates on my service—they keep me informed every step of the way. Excellent service all around!

I purchased a used car from this place. Long story short, after 6 months of taking my car into their shop over 7 times due too AC and Heat constantly going out and me reaching 12k miles, it’s determined that my engine was going bad and I that I no longer have warranty. Mind you I put $7k down when I purchased. They just constantly patched the issue until I was out of warranty!!!!!!!! WOW! They told me that there’s NOTHING they can do and the best bet is for me to try and trade the car to another dealership……which didn’t make sense to me at all; basically for someone else can have e same issue as I did. SMH. I wouldn’t purchased used cars from this place. I don’t usually write reviews but this one……had it coming.

The service depart pays no attention to detail. I have never left without calling them back because I found issues with their work. Even after speaking to Donovan several times, the service has not improved.

Chandler was great. The whole experience was wonderful. No pressure, fast service. That's what I want in an oil change.
