This was my first time using Floyd’s Automotive Service in Perryville, and I can’t say enough good things about them. I was referred by a family member after taking my daughter’s car to several different shops in our hometown, and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Floyd’s did. Not only did they diagnose the issue correctly, but the repair ended up costing less than I expected. They were incredibly thorough, checking everything from the suspension to the mass airflow sensor, and they took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. Having now had 3 interactions with this establishment I can confidently say that Ryan and his team hold true to their commitment to being fair, honest and reputable. I've yet to hear a single person say anything bad about this business. On each of my interactions there have been other satisfied clients interacting with Ryan which gave me the opportunity to listen and observe. I may not appear knowledge but I do have a bit of a mechanical background so I would know instantly if anything didn't sound right. Ive never heard a single thing of advice or explanation given to any of the clients included my own experiences that would indicate a hint of dishonesty.
