This was my second time buying from Matt, and the experience was just as smooth as the first. The process was straightforward, communication was great, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. He’s a genuinely good guy who goes the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend working with him and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.
After putting a deposit down on a similar vehicle we saw Matt @Detailed auto sales had the same vehicle with 40k less miles for the same price. Skeptical on the type of dealership i read some reviews. Matt took a phone call from me at 10pm on friday and we came up first thing in the morning. Outstanding guy that only sells immaculate vehicles. Very transparent about everything, i knew what to expect from this truck. He worked with my schedule & made the buying process easy asf. if he has something you’re interested in it's worth the trip. Located in the finger lakes is a plus as-well. We drove this beautiful z71 away just in time for a small family vacation, put 1,300 miles on it in a weekend. With some towing. Zero issues at all.
