DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Save your money, time and frustration. Extremely poor staff and customer service. The “owners” policies don’t value customers. Went for a car wash and when I came out the back of my car was still dirty so I showed it the manager Antoine and he said the the employee prepping the cars must of missed brushing the back so he told me to come back through the washer. They sprayed my car, brushed the back and sent me through the washer again with NO soap, NO blower to dry the car. The system that pushes you through stopped halfway through and I had to blow the horn to get pushed through. All the while in the washer water from the brushes is dripping on my black car. So asked why he didn’t least turn on the blower to dry the car and he says it is against company policy

This car spa is the greatest. The staff is always friendly, fast and motivated. The equipment works effortlessly to clean your car to perfection. I love the unlimited plan, because you can wash your vehicle as much as possible. The tire shine and undercarriage cleaning is flawless!!! To top it all off they have free vacuuming and they are powerful in removing dirt!!

If it wasnt for the free car wash, I wouldn't of went there. But I am super glad that I did. My car looked great after the wash and dry, the vacuums are the best I've ever used. My carpets look brand new. And the staff is super friendly and very helpful. I highly suggest this car wash!!

Corey made me feel uncomfortable during my car wash experience due to overly flirty and unprofessional behavior. I did not feel at ease and would not choose to return no customer wants to feel harassed. Overall my car was clean my issue began during my vacuuming process. Update Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, I want to be very clear about the severity of my experience. What occurred was not simply a minor discomfort. It was a situation where I felt disrespected, uneasy, and unsafe due to Corey’s overly flirty and unprofessional behavior.
