I spoke with Fatima over the phone and she was extremely helpful and was able to get me in quickly for an estimate. Once I arrived Fatima introduced me to Maro. Maro was very knowledgeable and detailed. He went over each area of the car that I wad concerned with and explained how the process for repair would be and explained time frames. After going over the car we went into the office and went over itemized pricing details so I was fully informed in what i was paying for. Dropped my car off 9/26 they started working on it after a week because of the insurance adjuster appointment. There was a lot of miscommunication between insurance and shop. I just kept calling and getting updates to make sure everything was going according to plan. The wrong headlight was sent so it delayed it. I got my car back 10/22 after a lot of back n forth. The work was done well. The paint on the bumper has a little bit of a difference on the gloss, there is some specs of debris under the paint. Other than that they were professional.
