Worked with Zachary at Phil Long for about three weeks trying to find the right truck for me! Zach was outstanding and communicated with me the whole step of the way! Was able to trade my Kia in for a truck and I couldn’t be happier!

Really appreciate the help of the quick service with my maintenance on my f150. Francisco was awesome in his communication and reporting what else was found, so I could make the right decisions on additional work. I take all my vehicles for basic maintenance to keep up with it and appreciate their maintenance coupon book.

I just want to say that Logan was absolutely INCREDIBLE with us. He put in so much time and effort to find the perfect vehicle for our family AND kept us under our budget all while treating us with SO much care & comraderie. What took a few weeks was well worth the wait. We financed through our bank, who dragged their feet a bit, ok... a LOT. But Jeff Overmann had the patience of Job through the whole ordeal. He worked with us even on his days off to make sure we got a truck we were happy with. Before we went to Phil Long, we had experienced some nightmare dealerships, lying salesmen and were on the verge of giving up. *****UPDATE***** PHIL LONG VALUE CAR called a few days later and offered to reimburse my daughter for the cost of the battery and also made her an extra key for the car. My daughter bought a 2018 Lexus from Phil Long Valucar. She was treated well during the purchase. A week later while at a doctors appointment the car would not start. The battery was bad, she called the dealership and was told they would bring a new battery and install it, they never showed up, a family member came to the rescue from across town to jump start the car and got it home waited till mid day the next day again they never showed and then started to make excuses that the car went through a safety check. AAA came and tested the battery and stated there was no way that it could have been tested and found sufficie
