I have had my vehicle twice there in the last 6 months. Nobody wants their car to be in the collision shop or getting any body work done. The folks that work here, definitely make the process smooth and easy and suck less. Whether answering the phone or walking in the front door- they smile & greet you with enthusiasm. I’ve found that anyone I speak to is very professional and very polite. They do right by their customers and make sure that they’re taken care of to the best of their ability. After I hit a deer, Progressive sent me to Ford Groves Collision Center. They did an excellent job on the repairs, taking less than 1 week, with 2 added bonuses: Not only did they detail the car interior, including windows, they delivered my car to my house! A great experience all around.

I’ve had my truck fixed there twice now. They are amazing. Work me in quickly, get my truck in and out at a reasonable speed, their communication is great and their work is always perfect!! My truck looks like new every time we get it back. They are all so nice as well! Highly recommend!!!
