Although it was great they came to my home to fix a safety recall. They ended up messing up my car to the point I may need a new transmission. Update: I called and sent text messages on 11/23 and never got a response. I receive a response quicker from this google post than I did from the actual company. Will call and text again on 11/24 to see if someone responds.

I took my F150 to Downtown Ford to have the front IWE hubs replaced. There were zero dashboard warning screens when I took the truck in. After picking up the truck, I now have seven warning screens and a complete failure of my power steering system, and my ABS braking system.

Wonderful experience purchasing my first Ford vehicle. The dealership atmosphere was welcoming and down to earth. My wife and I were treated with nothing but respect.
