Very bad experience. You have an appointment and they don't do anything until the next day. What terrible service. Never go there.

I've been a customer for 12 years, recently with my 5th new Mustang. Customer service at the service department was always professional, welcoming, informative, and on-time service. Never had an issue with any of the service representatives, they don't push for unnecessary services. All the maintenance services were accurate and on time. They inform you about things that should be done, then upon your consent, they proceed. On my last visit, Mike G. the service manager arranged my new car's window tinting for the very next day, and also a rental car so I could leave my car overnight and go to work. Thank you for the professional and quick service. Keep up the good work! If you have service issues or questions, I can recommend talking to Mike.

I would not even give them a STAR at all!! Worse place ever DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! I came In on Saturday November 11, 2017. To trade in my 2013 Altima. Yes at first everyone is nice and is willing to help for everything. I’m a straight up person. I told them if you can’t help Don’t Waist my time and tell me the truth from the get go but they said no we will be able to help you. After going back and forth we came to an agreement. A sales manger Chris came out and congratulated me and said that it was a hard deal but that he was happy that they were able to get me approved. I signed and went home with a 2017 Escape. After having a Bad experience at Bell Ford, I had an over the top amazing experience at Peoria Ford. Thank you Dawn in the service department for taking care of the recall on my clutch. You guys were very straight forward on the additional service that was necessary for my vehicle. I appreciate you guys taking care of me. Even though I live closer to the Bell Location, Peoria Ford will be my Go To dealership for service and vehicle purchase!! Thank you guys again for getting me back on the road!

First time going to a dealership for standard maintenance. 100%. Called the day before, made an appointment, showed up on time, and they did their job without trying to b.s. me. Even washed the truck for me on the way out. This is way we love Peoria Ford. 3rd vehicle we've purchased from them.
