Ford Service at Dave Arbogast

My visit with Arbogast Ford Service was quick and efficient! All of the team in the service drive are very knowledgeable and made sure everything was taken care of for me! Top notch service was a plus! Arbogast Ford Service is the ONLY place I trust with my vehicle :)

Leah in service was great to work with. After several items on our vehicle that needed attention, she called and let me know the status and the timing on when it would be done, and all the details of what was getting fixed. Their pick up service from my wife's work, and drop-off was a great advantage to getting the car into service. I have had two service appointments for my 2010 Taurus (with over 300K miles on it!) at Arbogast Ford. In the first appointment, the Operations Director came and picked up and returned my car after getting the Works done on it. Fantastic service. My second appointment was 2 days ago and again, great service by Mike Taylor and Joey Beckett on drop off and by Dalton on pick up. I will note that I have followed Joey and his service team for close to 20 years because I know they will do a great job, treat me fairly and fix what needs fixing. I will always trust my vehicles to them.

I brought my vehicle to Dave Arbogast Ford Service after numerous disappointing appointments at my closer dealership. I do not regret driving a bit farther! Scheduling online, including for recall work, was easy. I arrived a bit late for my 9am appointment but was checked-in quickly by very polite and friendly staff. My service advisor let me know that it would likely take more than 3 hours to complete the work and offered a shuttle to my home in Dayton. I opted to wait in the very nice waiting area. The work was completed in under 3 hours, I was given a discount for being a new customer to the location, and despite some confusion with the computer system, I was on my way before noon. I will definitely be scheduling future service here and have already recommended Arbogast to my sister, wh
