Ford Service

Went in with my 2004 Ford F250 for a big service (167K miles currently). Serviced transmission, transfer case, front and rear differentials, new spark plugs/coil boots, front wheel bearings, and a door handle. While it appears everything was done right, my main complaint is the lack of proper communication. It was dropped off Monday morning and they said they would need it over night because it was 12 hours of labor. Received no word on Tuesday. I call Wednesday and my service rep is out at the doctor all day, but another rep says they are waiting for the door handle part. I call Thursday morning to see if we can get our truck and bring it back for the door handle later, but it turns out they have done NOTHING because their policy is to not start until all the parts have arrived (They co

I came in with an engine check light. They arranged a ride for me as it would take some time to diagnose. They called me exactly when they said they would. Had already investigated warranty and it was 100% covered. Paso Robles Ford has truly wonderful service. Professional, respectful, and my CMAX is charging much better than it was before I brought it in. So happy with the service.

The best service advisors and friendliest staff I have ever experienced. There is a nice waiting area with a great coffee machine. The "service valet" they offer is genius. The parts dept. at Paso Ford has also been very helpful, they even helped me load up my heavy tri-fold bedcover. This is the place to bring your Ford!

Upon arrival for oil change 1/2/26 appointment, asked to make it “the works” as I had a Ford coupon and asked to have the tires rotated. Request was affirmed, nobody said anything about NOT rotating tires because my vehicle was a DRW Super Duty (we bought the truck from them-they know what kind of vehicle it is). So I was super disappointed to find the requested work not performed. I would have appreciated a phone call to discuss options (we’re using points). As it were I had to take my truck to Big Brand and have them rotate the tires (thus paying cash vs. using our Ford Reward points from having purchased the vehicle outright). Think about it? I was able to call to review information related to a recall on parts. They were able to schedule me to come in a few months out, to allow time for parts to arrive. Once the parts arrived (earlier than anticipated) they notified me right away so we were able to move my appointment up. They have a comfortable lobby to wait in and I was able to drop my vehicle off on time 1pm) with Tyler who was great. The gave me options for picking up my vehicle, giving me a ride to get my vehicle or having it dropped off at my house. They dropped it off at my house for me. The two guys (Alejandro and one other guy, I should have made sure I had his name for the review) who brought my vehicle were also kind. Overall (hands down) the easiest and best experience I have ever had getting my vehicle worked on
