Very important for me to have a place that is honest and fair when it comes to car purchases, service and repairs! Every experience I have had with my service advisor, KC, and the work that has been done on my car has been easy and efficient. So glad I found Tommy Vaughn....my last Ford dealer changed management and service went downhill. Even before that , I felt like I was just a number there. Tommy Vaughn has that "small town" feel that makes you feel valued as a customer!

The staff was great, very professional and pleasant. I have no complaints at all. I went in for a quick oil change and tire rotation. They also replaced a battery that I didn’t know was bad.
