Place to go when you have car troubles. Always trusted and staff always friendly. They tell it like it is and don't push for service that's not necessary. Honest also, not just out to make a $$$$$.

Beware of their service department. They wanted to charge me for a tow that’s actually paid for by the manufacturer as part of the Ford recall program. I had a recall on my vehicle because the driver side door wouldn’t latch shut, making it unsafe to drive. I called the serviced department to see what my options were. The service department told me they could come tow it to the dealership, but I would have to pay for the tow service. So I called Ford Customer Service. They informed me that I don’t actually have to pay for the tow service. In fact, the cost of the tow is covered by the manufacturer as part of the recall program. So this dealer’s service department wanted to charge me for a tow that Ford was going to cover. There’s only two explanations: total incompetence by the service dep

The service staff are excellent. However, the process is not good. When I called for an appointment, I was told the next available was a week away. I scheduled that, but when I showed up (on time), I was told it would be at least another day before my car would even be looked at. Once someone finally looked at it, the repairs were quick and reasonably priced. However, when someone has an appointment, the vehicle should be looked shortly after it is brought in, not the next day. I understand they are very busy, but they need to add extra staff, a second shift or something. I won't be going back.

I had an appointment for an oil change, and tire rotation. I was informed that I needed to get an alignment, and new front wiper blades, both of which I declined, for different reasons, including time constraints. The staff were friendly, and helpful, but never pushy, which I respected. The service was performed in a timely manner.

5-Star rating is solely based on the service provided by Sarah at the front desk who was great to work with. Was not happy with the grease left on my steering wheel, shifter and door. Very unhappy with the shadiness of the dealership on the warranty I purchased and will never purchase a car there again.
