CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Our Rating -10. This company has crappy business practices, they bait & switch items and have crappy customer service. We ordered a LT side view outer extendable mirror for a Ford truck. Their website picture depicts an extendable mirror. Total cost including shipping $174.36. The mirror we received was not extendable; it was a regular side view mirror and nowhere near the picture depicted on the website. Needless to say, it had to be returned. We called for an RMA number, they requested pictures (which were sent immediately) However, it took 3 days and 3 phone calls to get the RMA number. The RMA instructions advise that there is a 20% restock fee, and WE would have to pay $18.01 to ship the item back. I called customer service, the rep was a jerk, and not very helpf

I have bought a lot of parts over the years for my 2006 F-150 through FPG. The ordering process, delivery and quality of parts have all been good for the most part. The last order included a starter motor. Unfortunately, the remanufactured starter motor went bad after only a couple of months use. This was the first time making a claim under warranty, only to find out that FordPartsGiant requires a diagnostic from a dealership before honoring any warranty claims. These guys are uniquely difficult. Tried ordering a part for which I paid with my personal credit card (showed up on my pending charges ledger) but this parts distributor FordPartGiant repeatedly badgered me to use PayPal instead of my credit card. When I selected the option "tell us what you want us to do" , they simply re-send the same PayPal demand. Nevermind, we'll use a more reasonable and reliable parts source for our fleet.

0 Stars — Absolutely Furious. Avoid This Company! I'm beyond disappointed — I’m furious. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I used their own VIN fitment tool on the website to confirm the part before ordering. It clearly showed the part was compatible with my vehicle. Well, it wasn’t. The camera they sent does NOT work as described, and there was no way for me to know this until after installation — which I now completely regret. So let’s break this down: either they shipped the wrong part, or their fitment tool is completely unreliable. Either way, the blame is on them — not me. I have placed two orders with this company. Both times after a few days have passed they tell me I need to pay more than the original quoted shipping costs. One time they wanted an additional $80 and the 2nd time $110. Seems like an exploitation trick. Avoid this company.
