I’ve used this business several times in the past and found their pricing fair and service generally honest. However, recent experiences have been disappointing. While the owner was never particularly personable, the current staff lacks coordination and professionalism. Communication is poor—it’s difficult to get a call back—and the environment feels chaotic. This place is a complete disappointment. For the outrageous prices they charge, you'd expect a clean, professional environment—not a run-down mess. Don’t expect to wait for your car either—you’ll be better off calling an Uber. The staff’s attitude is unprofessional, the service is slow, and the entire experience is a rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy. I was quoted $1,400 for an A/C compressor just a few months ago

Classic knowledgeable mechanic shop - We take our Mercedes there for any work needed and get good honest feedback. Fair prices for foreign work and would definitely recommend. Likely won’t get same day service but that’s to be expected for quality work :)

Took my daughter’s Volvo in with some major grinding from her rear wheel area. These guys quickly found the issues and gave an honest quote, and once I said yes they did the work quickly enough that my daughter was able to safely drive back to Arkansas Highly recommend!

The battery died at noon and called to make an appointment on the next morning. I was afraid that I had to jump it early in the morning, so I drove it to the store. As I needed a ride back and another to pick it up, Tim started working on it immediately after he got one car done. It was so hot and soem on schedule, but within minutes, he just replaced the battery and got my vehicle running smooth. The second time, having Tim work on it, the first time was back to September 2021. Both were excellent work. Highly recommend.
