I wish I could give this place a better review because I liked the guy I worked with, Scott, and the place was recommended. Mini Cooper S for a transmission fluid service. Scott let me know that they were going to use the dealer's fluid ($60 a quart). OK, I thought. But the final cost was $789! Wow! To me the work sounds like changing the oil, right? Maybe a little more complicated? After a few days I went by and asked about the cost. Scott said that they would put some oil in, fiddle with the gears. They charge $200 an hour, which seems high. Scott also said that the service was new to them so they may not have been as quick as the dealer. (Not a good plan to compare yourself to be more expensive than the dealer.) In the end he gave back $80. Not enough. I will not be back.

These guys were fantastic. Super nice and upfront about all of the billing and worked super fast. Fair pricing and did great work. Also, I do a really great job of explaining what they’re doing and different options you have.

Fantastic experience! Drew is an excellent technician and is super knowledgeable. They gave my 30 year old Alfa Romeo the royal treatment! My car never ran so good!

The staff were very helpful. Due to an upcoming trip they got me in even though they were rather busy. The office gal I met was very gracious and friendly. The gentlemen working on my car came highly recommended, knowledgeable and fair with their pricing. I have brought my car in for a second issue and again the staff is fabulous. Thank you very much!

One of the best experiences I have had at a repair shop. Don was very honest and clear about my truck and he showed me the issues as he explained. I walked away with verbal and written information about my truck. If I lived closer, I would not go to any other shop!
