I had an excellent experience with Formula First. CJ, Cristian, Frank, Kelly, and Krista were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, they kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was happening with my car. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out and was so appreciated. If you want your car fixed properly and taken care of by people who genuinely know what they’re doing, look no where else. Being the only Volvo certified shop in Windsor gave me extra peace of mind, and they truly live up to that standard. Highly recommend Formula First Collision!

They completed work on my Mercedes on Tuesday and the car looked better when I picked it up than it ever did. Communication with me was steady throughout the repair proceess. They clearly explained what they needed to do and were respectful of us and our car. The entire team was amazing to deal with. After being rear-ended in my 6-month-old Audi SQ5, my dealership recommended using only an Audi Authorized body shop, and in Windsor, that’s Formula First Collision.
