We purchased a vehicle that was in good condition except it retained a strong, persistent odor of cigarette smoke. We brought it to Fornelli's and got the detail with ozone treatment. Not only does the vehicle look immaculate inside and out, it smells as good or better than a new car. He communicated very well about price, logistics, and expectations. Sam did such a wonderful job on my car! I had a pretty bad stain in the headliner and he made it look brand new. He had great communication start to finish and was very friendly. My car felt brand new after picking it up. He was meticulous in his cleaning interior and exterior. You can tell he really cares about his work.
