Malik was amazing! It was icy weather and I had been trying to find someone to jump start my battery through my insurance for the past 6 1/2 hours with no resolution, 4 different tow companies cancelled my service order due to the weather so I took the issue on my own and contacted Forney Towing. Malik was super fast to get there and jump started my battery within like 3 minutes. He was very professional, kind, super fast and he had no idea what a blessing it was for him to come out late in the evening and on the icy road conditions to help me. Just amazing! 🙏🏻😊 Highly recommend!

During a severe ice storm, I became stuck in deep mud on County Road 261 in Crandall, TX. My GPS had taken me down what appeared to be a road, but it turned out not to be one. It was around 11:00 PM, pitch dark, and the conditions were extremely unsafe. I contacted roadside assistance and multiple towing companies, but none were willing to help due to the dangerous road conditions and the risk of their own equipment getting stuck. Malik was so professional, courteous and made my 80 year old mother-in-law feel safe and comfortable. He went so far as to make sure she got home safely after pulling her car out of a ditch. We can't thank you enough! Would recommend yall 100%.
