Forrest Brothers Tire and Alignment

I went there to buy my tires and have an alignment done because I had received good service there before, but I was there yesterday and waited all day for my truck. The surprising thing was that today I checked my lug nuts and found that two nuts were loose on each wheel. It's unbelievable that the owner doesn't pay attention to his business. As far as I'm concerned, they lost a customer today.

I bought some Sailun brand tires a couple of months ago. Well, it cost me almost $1000 and about 4 months to find out they are trash. They are all chipped, tread is uneven. They are the worst foreign tires I have ever bought.

I don't recommend them for alignment; on one occasion they left the clamps loose and I told them, and they told me not to come back.

THEY MADE MANY EXCUSES FROM THE MOMENT MY TRUCK ARRIVED. FIRST HE SAID THAT HE DID NOT HAVE SPACE TO RECEIVE IT, 2- THAT WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE RESPONSE FROM THE SUPERVISOR WHO WAS NOT IN HIS WORK AREA, 3- THE SUPERVISOR SAID THAT WE DID NOT HAVE APPOINTMENTS AND THAT IF HE WAS ABLE TO FIND A SPACE HE WOULD DO IT IN TWO HOURS LATER. WE CONTACTED THE BROKER AND HE TOLD US THAT WE SHOULD WAIT UNTIL MONDAY IF THEY DID NOT WANT TO OFFLOAD IT AND HE TRIED TO JUSTIFY HIMSELF BY SAYING THAT MY DRIVER HAD A BAD ATTITUDE IT IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE I WAS WITH MY DRIVER ON THE PHONE LINE THE WHOLE TIME.
