I had a brake pad freeze up on me while traveling from Boston. They bent over backwards to get my parts and repaired in a few hours. The price was very fair. Total professionals! If you live in the Plymouth NH area make this your go to auto repair shop!
Great customer service and mechanics! My car was towed to the repair shop when it wouldn't start and I knew it wasn't the battery. They found that their computer could not communicate with my car computer, and the master mechanic conducted a manual diagnostic. My car computer relay wasn't functioning, and he quickly ordered a new one and installed it. I'm going to use them regularly from my car service
Amanda, one of the owners, runs a great business that is focused on helping people. Despite her knowing that I live out of state and is less likely to get any more of my business, she agreed to squeeze me into their busy schedule when I broke down nearby. It says a lot about their character and I highly recommend doing business with them. Thanks!
Awesome customer service here! Everybody is so friendly and makes you feel like family. I love the "shop dog" too - she's such a sweetheart. Definitely will be back.
