Excellent service every time I have gone there. I had a leaky tire and unlike some other tire stores, they did not charge me. So, when it was time to replace the tires, I went back to Forrest, and will continue to be a customer.
I have been using Forrest tire for both work and personal trucks since I moved here 10 years ago. Everything I go, the staff is friendly and helpful. Work is done quick and professionally. I recommend Forrest tire to all my friends and colleagues.
We ordered tires that we THOUGHT we liked but once on the vehicle decided we wanted something different. The guys didn’t hesitate to remove tires and re-order a different set. Not only that but this was all at closing time. Greatly appreciate the service.
Great experience once again on purchase of new set of tires! From start to finish everything was seamless.
They told me they would call when tires came in - they didn't. I called them. When I got there the guy at the counter acted like I wasn't even standing there. After that another guy came up and everything was GREAT - answered my questions, followed me out to help with my tire info being off on my readout, etc. Now I know who to avoid next time.
