Fort Frances Express Oil Change

Done a couple of changes here. So far everyone has been nice, helpful and fast. Zero complaints on my part and would definitely use them again for future oil changes.

At the start this business was pretty good, but appears to have went downhill. After multiple attempts to continue to use the services, I have been told to turn around as we’re waiting on this and that and that’s fine but after trying to come at other times hoping this time I’ll be able to get an oil change … only to be completely ignored without reason, left to wait without a simple “hey.. we don’t have it or hey we’re not open today” but nothing, so thank you but I will be taking my business else where.

I didn't have to wait long to get in, and they were super quick and efficient once it was my turn. I also appreciate the extra things they checked, especially as they weren't going to make any money off of repairs. They were more expensive than the dealership, but I also didn't have to wait a few weeks to get in. It was worth it.

Been getting my oil changed here for a minute now. GREAT service. Today there was only NICK there and he is GREAT at his job. Dude handled everything professionally and seems very knowledgable with veichles...5/5 FOR THE shop and 6/5 for nick. Thanks

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. Yes the service was friendly, however to find out that my oil filter cap was over torqued causing two pieces under the cap to break off, I was not impressed. Trust this establishment with my vehicle and I will never be bringing my vehicle back. The regional manager was very pushy and disrespectful, very pathetic customer service skills. Made me feel like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. I have yet to hear back from the regional manager and it has been over a week.
