Fort Henry Transmission

Don't go here and waste your money! They give you a price quote of $200-450 if you buy the parts. Well we bought the parts he told us to and he charged us $1500. He had the transmission for over 2 months instead of the 2 weeks he said they would. Then when we finally got it back it didn't work right and we had to take it back yet again for another 2 weeks. After talking to some local people he's well known for giving a low quote to get the business and then doubling or tripling the price. Just don't go here!

Stay away from this place. This guy is very shady, I wish I would’ve done my research before I never would’ve went to him. It took 4 months to rebuild my transmission when the original quote was one to two weeks and then only wanted to take back claimed the card machine was down. Left the inside of my car dirty so now I have to get it detailed to get these black stains off my doors. It was a nightmare experience. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Owner was very polite and they definitely know what they're doing there. The head mechanic was one of the most informed, well-rounded mechanics I think I've ever met. His name is Adam and he was an exemplary mechanic.

Took 3mounths to get truck back and when I got it back 4x4 drive was messed up and no Reverse and he will not fix it when I went back he cussed at me and told me to get off his property that it's not his fault i paid him 2500 dollars for my truck to be worst then when I took it to him

Great customer service I have my transmission rebuilt and it runs great! Very fair price.better then anywhere
