I just moved here and wanted to check out a car wash. I got the works and it was the worst automatic car wash I have tried and in need of some repair. I tried to call the phone line for a refund but line was busy.
Charged $30 for a $9 wash at the self service side of the car wash. I tried calling the service number, but they wouldn’t answer. I am sincerely disappointed as it seems they just charge whatever. Update 08/01/2025: The Manager made everything right. Got my money back and assured the problem was fixed with the card readers. Thank you Fort Lupton Car Wash for staying on top of business.

This has never happened to me but i had a bad experience my car came out full of soap. In the automatic carwash, we tried to call but we never got an anwser back.
