Fort Worth Indian Motorcycle

I was traveling from Fort Worth to El Paso and got stuck with a flat. I checked a few places that offered free installation with the purchase of a tire, but unfortunately, they didn't have my size. The only place I could get it quick enough to get back on the road was Indian Fort Worth. The tire was $360 but it was better quality than the stock tire. The worst part of this experience had to be the labor cost of $230. I understand the whole dealership pricing but nearly $600 to get back on the road to get home was a lot to stomach. My trip to Fort Worth and back home didn't even cost that much. I'll make sure to be better prepared next time. Regardless, they got it done and got me back on the road. The work was good and the staff was friendly.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. After a bad experience at another dealer, I reached out to FtW Indian at the recommendation of a good friend. I reached out to Yolanda the GM and she did everything she could to make sure my experience was world class. Her entire team made my wife and I feel like part of the family. Lonnie, the parts manager; Bacon, the sales rep; Chris, the finance manager; and Dakoda, the technician, really did everything they could to make my purchase an amazing experience. I highly recommend this dealer.
