I bought a Fortador Pro S 3 years ago and I love it. Best steamer in the market. Very reliable. Technician always helpful regarding steamer maintenance. Very much recommended.

I contacted the Total Steam Detailing Center and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and the work performed. We cleaned the interior, polished the body and applied ceramics. I highly recommend this detailing center. Well done boys!

I will say my life WORST INVESTMENT ever!!! Buying something that is “Powered by Lamborghini” sounds very good and I expected high expectations for the price that they are selling this garbage! Machine always having issues and it’s nightmare to keep servicing and dealing with this garbage machine! I know many people that they bought it and have the same opinion. Customer service it’s probably the worst as well I ever experienced! Safe you money and buy something else this is completely wasted money over $12000

I bought the Pro S from a former distributor in Canada (where I live) and the purchase was fine, even the needed help was sufficient in the early stage. However, I ran into a problem recently and contacted the distributor I made my original purchase with - I was unable to reach him (during regular business hours). I have a business to run and I was in a slight panic. I was not expecting the INCREDIBLY FAST response from the US Distributor, he took my immediately. I was beyond impressed on that note alone. Further, he was able to troubleshoot my problem with complete ease and I had my machine up and running within the hour.
