They were very quick to get me scheduled for a starter issue with my car and had it fixed same day after I dropped it off. I would highly recommend forward motors to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle. Their transparency with their electronic checklists they send is a peace of mind that they actually inspected and looked over the whole vehicle.

Very pleased in every way with all of the work done to my F150. Andrew was very professional in discussing the issues with my truck and explained in detail all the steps to be taken in the repair work. There was no pressure on his part to persuade me to have other things done, only what he diagnosed to be the areas needing repairs. His estimate for the repair cost was exact, and after driving the truck again, it definitely rides smoother, handles better, and overall feels like a new vehicle! I commend him and his associates for their expertise in the repair of my truck. I definitely will rate his work top notch!

They are honest people and you can trust them with your vehicle. I love the reports and pictures they give you. Also great communication. Not the cheapest but I knew it was going to be done right the first time.

It's hard to find someone to service my Nissan around here. I usually go to Dubois or state college and pay like 100 bucks for the oil change tire rotation anyways I went to forward with nova not only was he cheaper but he was he had a great service there. He also has a $149 deal because you fall free oil changes plus a free inspection stick out in a lot of savings Just before oil changes alone is more than 150 anyways he also gives 15% to refer a friend and I'll be going back there and getting his maintenance plan. Great Service great price

I wish I could review with no stars. This shop owner is arrogant and disrespectful. We waited for our appointment I guess he forgot we were in the waiting room he was being rude to someone in his office then purchased a part for us without telling us which was a $65 oil cap or something because they had to brake the old one off this is our second time here. First time they did the oil change. Overall I was charged three times the amount for a part that's less then thirty dollars at the auto parts store. Then they keept my family members car for weeks because they were to stupid to know the fix for it.overall very cocky arrogant shop owner.
