We had a great experience purchasing our new Tahoe from foundation. Bengy was great and very helpful. The general manager Parm went above and beyond to help make this a smooth and enjoyable transaction.

The man who met with me when I dropped off my car and was there when I picked it up was extremely pleasant and helpful. I believe his name was Ron and he deserves a raise. He informed me of a recall on my Equinox, and got that and the issue I was having with my car sorted out within a few hours after it had been dropped off when the maintenance was supposed to take 24 hours. I'm a young woman who knows nothing about cars and he made the whole experience really easy and understandable without me having to worry at all whether I was being taken advantage of or being charged for things that didn't really need to be done (which I have heard is a common thing to deal with as a woman when getting car maintenance and is always a concern of mine). I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Foundation Chevy and their customer service. For over two weeks, I’ve repeatedly reached out regarding Warranty Solutions—an add-on package I purchased that is supposed to cover my vehicle’s interior. Each time, I’ve been given the runaround or conflicting information. No one I’ve spoken with has been able to clearly explain how the warranty works or help me get an appointment scheduled. I’ve never experienced this level of poor communication and lack of follow-through. What’s especially concerning is that they are aware my warranty is expiring soon, yet the delays have continued. This makes it feel like the process is being dragged out while time runs out on my coverage. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing

Anthony did a great job handling the whole service experience. He ordered a Lyft for me so that I could get home. He called and kept me informed of what they found and what they did to correct the issue. On the day I picked up my car he went over everything again and wanted to make sure I had no other questions. I have used other Chevy Dealerships for service in the Denver Metro area, and I have never had a really positive experience like I did this time. Kudos to Anthony and Foundation Chevrolet!

My Silverado was scheduled for a couple of potential warranty issues. Great communication with Service Director Uriah H. from the beginning and throughout the repair process. The truck was in the shop for 7 days which was a bit of a inconvenience. However the delays were communicated, understood as one of the issues could not be replicated and a delay in receiving one of the replacement parts. Service Tech Alan W. documented and relayed his findings very well. Even with the extended time the truck was needed to be kept, an overall Excellent experience with the Foundation Service Team.
